Recipe: Zhug - Spicy Relish

Utilized to flavour all types of food.

1 small can tomato paste 156 ml (5.5oz)
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon crushed caraway seed
1 teaspoon crushed coriander seed
1 teaspoon crushed cardamom seeds
1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Thoroughly combine all ingredients, then refrigerate and use as needed.
