Biographical Info:

I embarked on my first Asian journey this past January and spent 7 months zigzagging across this marvelous continent. The first 2-1/2 months introduced me to the spirituality of India. From there my husband and I journeyed through Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China, and Mongolia, barely stopping to catch our breath. We stayed with families, kayaked and camped in tents, slept on the floor of a ger. My mouth waters as I reminisce about the delectable cuisines that were my diet for the majority of this year. My heart aches to return; for now, I depend on my writing and photographs -- and those of others -- to return me to this magical land.
